Courtesy Listings
The dogs listed on this page are also in need of a new forever home. However, the ownership and caretaker responsibility of courtesy listed dogs is not relinquished to Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue Group and therefore these dogs do not fall within our rescue's adoption policies and procedures. If you're interested in adopting one of these dogs, the adoption must take place between you and the person listing the dog. Lab and Friends has not evaluated any of the dogs listed below and does not take liability for any courtesy listed adoptions.

Razeel is a 1 year old Dobie/Lab mix. He is fixed and still getting out of his puppy phase, but a very smart boy with good beginner leash skills. He is young, and still needs some training. (He likes to follow Tanzu when she gets into the front yard!)

Tanzu is a 4 year old Catahoula (bird dog). She is fixed, amazing with kids and other dogs, and needs a home with a family that will give her lots of love and has a lot of yard space or a strong fence! (She doesn't runaway, she just likes to see what's going on in the front yard.)

 Venus
My name is Venus and I am a 5 month old German Shepherd (yes I am) mixed with chocolate lab (or maybe something even bigger!). I am a real sweetheart and very smart. I'm probably going to be a big girl, I was the biggest in my litter and I'm 50 pounds at 5 months old. My mom is Juno who was found abandoned with my 10 other siblings and we were all rescued by Southern California German Shepherd Rescue.
I am a little shy at first but LOVE people and other dogs.
Please hurry and call my foster mom and dad before they fall more in love with me. I know I would be a great family dog. My only request is that I bring my Binky Bear with me. I am sitting on it in the photo but really I do love it.

CASSIE
Hi, there, my name is CASSIE. I am as cute as I can be… and confident, spunky, yet mellow, sweet, and loving. I’m six months old and I weigh 27 pounds. I love dogs and cats and adult humans, but not kids. My favorite hobbies are squeaky toys, tennis balls and WATER!!!(that’s the lab part of me…). I love car rides, cuddling and watching tv with you. I am a typical energetic pup and I get into mischief so only a stay at home/work at home mom/pop will do. Its important I have a doggy buddy at home with the same happiness and zest for life as me so we can play, play, play.

Lady
Lady is a real lady with a bit of sass. She is an active, intelligent, fun dog who loves to sunggle. She needs an active home with the time to properly entertain her and provide the attention she needs. She loves to go for walks (jogs even better!), hang out with her humans, play with her toys and just chill. She is a perfect Lady indoors and that is where she loves to spend her time when not on a long walk or jog. She is the star pupil in our volunteer training program and is eager to learn new tricks. Lady is curious, intelligent, and loyal. She is also very soft and squooshy to curl up next to on the couch :) Check out her new video to see how much fun she is and how she loves to relax and get a massage. We suggest mature teens for Lady.
